As your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business between us,we offer the return and exchange instruction.Before you want to return goods,please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first.Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back.

Certainly,We are happy to accept your items for return or exchange.Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days.

 

So that lease remember the three golden rules:

 

1,Return items within 30 days: Return your order within 21 days of the shipment date. We cannot accept returns beyond this time frame and will return them to you.

 

2,Return items in the condition you received them: All items need to be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged. dresses must be tried on indoors and be returned in their original box where applicable. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. We're unable to accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons.

 

3,Keep the tags on: All Finery items have a tag attached. This tag must be kept on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original tag attached, the return will be sent back to you.

 Exchange

1,Before shipment, if you want to exchange the product , please contact our customer service within 24 hours being dispatched , we will help you to change the product, at the same time also more fill less.

2,After receiving goods,want to exchange one by not fit or other reasons,Please email us and inform us of the reason.We will then provide you with further instructions.The goods can be exchanged within 20 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging.When returning an item for an exchange,please ensure that your name,address,phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
